The Project was aimed at renovating and re-designing of the half-constructed four private houses in Urla, Izmir. The project works and management were divided into different parts; exterior and interior design works and construction coordination and consultancy. Exterior works focused on completing the unfinished design of the houses and its surroundings. The external details were reevaluated; the terraces of the houses, infinity pools, external stairs and walkways were designed from scratch and implemented to the existing design. Interior design and construction of the HOUSE 3 was completed. The interior design of the house focused on creating spaces for comfortable and discreet living suitable for both summer and winter periods. The villa has a contemporary style which integrates daily life experience into unique nature of Urla and the Mediterranean climate.
